In Romania, we are one of the largest renewable energy players, managing approximately 16% of the installed solar and wind energy production capacity, predominantly sourced from independent renewable energy producers. Additionally, we provide a suite of services to renewable energy producers, including balancing, dispatching, asset management, energy forecasting, trading services, and project management. Our renewable energy generation capacity in Romania exceeds 900 MW, encompassing projects either owned, managed, or in development, with plans for continued expansion.

In Moldova, we maintain our leadership position as the largest renewable energy supplier and aggregator, boasting a renewable energy generation capacity of over 51 MW under ownership or management within our aggregation and balancing group, with a further 24 MW in development. This represents approximately 22% of the installed renewables capacity in Moldova, underlining our commitment to driving renewable energy adoption and sustainability across borders.

Moreover, in Romania we are the third largest natural gas distributor in terms of volumes and network size, with over 150,000 consumption sites. In Moldova, we are the largest distributor and supplier of electricity, with more than 840,000 consumers, which represents about 70% of the population of Moldova. Together with the signed and announced acquisition of CEZ Vanzare in Romania in 2024, we will serve approximately 2.4 million gas and electricity customers in both Romania and Moldova.
